These terms apply to the relationship between E-P Equipment Co., Ltd. (trading as EP Store, we, us) and you as a user of the website. By using the website or placing an order, you accept these terms. They are available for review at any time on this page.

• EP Store / we: E-P Equipment Co., Ltd., operator of this webshop.
• Dealer: an authorised EP sales and service partner registered with EP Store.
• User / you: the business entity using the website.
• Webshop: the online platform available at ep-store.com.
• Products: the goods presented for sale in the webshop.

EP Store operates the webshop as a platform that connects you with authorised dealers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the purchase contract for any product is concluded between you and the relevant authorised dealer, not with EP Store. EP Store provides the platform, product information and the means to submit your order.

Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided with care but may vary slightly from the actual product. Availability depends on the stock held by the relevant dealer. Unless stated otherwise, prices shown are net and exclude value added tax (VAT). Any applicable shipping costs are shown during the order process.

You select products, add them to your cart and submit your order through the webshop. Submitting an order constitutes a binding request to purchase. We send an automatic acknowledgement confirming receipt; this does not yet constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when the relevant dealer confirms your order, typically within a few business days.

Each dealer sets its own payment terms, which will be confirmed to you when your order is accepted. No payment is taken through the website at the time of ordering. Your local dealer will contact you to arrange pricing, payment and delivery.

Delivery is arranged by the relevant dealer to the address you provide. Delivery times are agreed with the dealer and depend on product availability and your location. Responsibility for delivery, and for the transfer of risk, lies with the dealer fulfilling your order.

Products are covered by the statutory warranty and any additional manufacturer warranty applicable to the product. Warranty claims are handled by the dealer that supplied the product, in accordance with the terms confirmed to you at the time of sale.

EP Store provides the webshop with reasonable care but is not a party to the purchase contract between you and the dealer. To the extent permitted by law, EP Store's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except for liability for injury to life, body or health, or where mandatory law provides otherwise. EP Store is not liable for the availability, quality or delivery of products, which are the responsibility of the dealer.

All content on the website, including text, images, logos, the EP Store name and product data, is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to EP Store, EP Equipment or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

We process personal data in connection with your use of the webshop as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.

We may amend these terms with effect for the future for valid legal, technical or commercial reasons. Where required, we will notify you of material changes in good time. Your continued use of the webshop after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising from them, are governed by the laws applicable at EP Store's registered office, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected where they apply.

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to its intended economic purpose.
